A note from the school nurse:

As a reminder, students are not permitted to carry medication (over-the-counter or prescription) with them while at school. A medication consent form, link below,  must be completed by parent or physician and the medication kept in the health room. The nurse will administer as needed. Emergency medication, epi-pens and inhalers, may be carried if the appropriate self-carry paperwork is signed by the physician and submitted to the nurse.
